Scribble scribble scribble IV.

This is Epiphany. Isn't that a pretty name? Too bad she prefers Pippi.

Pippi... Well, Pippi lives an unexamined life. You might know the type. She does what she feels like doing. Like setting her brother's hair on fire. And kicking holes in drywall that doesn't belong to her.

The principal told her not to come to school anymore, which is fine with her. She doesn't like school. She likes TV. TV and cigarettes. Sometimes, she even likes her boyfriend, Scipio.

Pippi isn't friends with anyone except her little sister, Trinity. She hates Reagan, because she's fat. She hates Gene, because he's stupid. She hates Zora, because she's a kid. She hates Lorne, because he's a smart-ass. She hates Bloom, because he doesn't give freebies. She hates Curio, because she's rich. And she wants to beat the crap out of Ben, simply because she probably could.

Liking the sketches, thanks for sharing said with the public at large. Just a random observation from a stranger though? All of them so far (witht he exception of 'Reagan'; and she's a really refreshing body type that one) seem to be suffering dwarfism in so far as head to body proportions.

Eh, knowing you likely know but hey figure praise outta be temper'd with a 'honest critique' as opposed to slap-happy, simpering, mindless leg-dry-humping praise that seems the standard fair in most 'art' folks LJ's/LJ's in every fashion but name.

Point to walk away with, liking the art, some out here are finding it a enjoyable distraction.

Yeah, I know about the head-to-body thing. I don't make a point of measuring 'em every time I draw, but most of the characters from this "universe" are maybe six-and-change heads tall, sometimes seven. (Ray's a bit taller, since she's about 5' 11" in bare feet.) I know it sounds like some shitty excuse, but that's intentional. Despite the amount of anatomy I give 'em, they're still meant to be a little cartoony.

Thanks for the critique, though. I do appreciate it. And I guess I can only hope this doesn't sound like a blow-off... And yeah. Leg-humping is definitely something I'd like to keep to a minimum. But I'm glad you're enjoying the sketches.
