Legacy's been in the works for awhile, so I'm glad to finally see it picking up. What do you MEAN Eisner hasn't wiped his ass with Disney? Did you FORGET The Country Bears Movie???

Anybody else see the trailer for "Home on the Range", that hideous-looking thing with the cows? (It's on some recent Disney DVD, "Finding Nemo" I think.) If that's the sort of crap that Disney executives were greenlighting, then it's probably a good thing they're killing their animation departments.
Then again, I really enjoyed "Treasure Planet", so what do I know?

All Disney needs now is for "Triplets of Bellville" to beat out Finding Nemo. (If you haven't seen that, GO FUCKING SEE IT.) Then it will fall to the trash it really is.
I've been calling for an animation revolution for years. After I graduate I can help be a part of it, hopefully. I have the ideas. My senior thesis film will have an animated sequence, but I'm still working on a style. Mixing 3D and traditional in unique ways seems to be hip these days.

It's like the House of Mouse had a meeting to determine the best possible way to destroy their market share, then did exactly that.
I agree with Dylan, GO PIXAR! GO!

And remember, Disney only just recently lost that court case and lost the rights to Winnie the Pooh , too. Two cash cows down, one right after the other.
Schadenfreude++!
