Have you seen what happened in South Dakota? They've made abortion illegal there except for in cases that threaten the mother/child. Fantastic isn't it?

Oh, but the pwecious babies! Oh, the babies! So important to have babies! So special!
Gotta protect the ickle widdle babies!
Ah, the wonders of a country founded by Puritans. Even after so many years of sexual revolution in the world, Americans still are under the misguided notion that sex is bad, and pregnancy is a punishment for pleasure. The world needs to grow up.
And I need money for a vasectomy.

Karen: The Supreme Court's ruled that no state can "unduly hinder" a woman's access to abortion on request. I'll be shocked if that law stands. Still: disgusting. So glad I live in Illinois. Liberal Democrats 4 lyfe.
And I love how some anti-choice agitators always say abortion is some way of "dodging responsibility." What the fuck? It would be MORE responsible to squirt out a kid I can't afford and don't want? SUPER. He'll be mugging you in 18 years.

endless, endless kudos to men who realise that a simple, non-invasive and often reversable operation is totally OK and NOT going to emasculate them for life.
maybe Rich SHOULD have babies.

Maybe I should, but I don't want to risk being a shitty-ass parent.
Worst comes to worst, I friggin' adopt a kid. It's not like there's a shortage or anything.

Aaaand as if by cue, the Italian government just declared that fertilized eggey-wegs have the same rights as a citizen. ZYGOTES. Those aren't even fetuses. Those wacky Catholic legislators.
These new restrictions look like they'll also conveniently shut down all homosexual parenting rights. Pretty efficient, as far as theocratic law goes.

I've always tried to stay away from the abortion subject. It makes people angry and they hit me no matter what I say. The conversation usually ends with me yelling "...THEN STOP FUCKING!" and then they never speak to me again.
If living in a perfect world means having self control and responsibility our race was doomed thousands of years ago. And I mean that on both sides, from consenting sex to full blown rape.
There are no winners here. But I secretly rate abortion activists with vegetarians.

Abortion activists are more important than you might think, as obnoxious as they can be. They got abortion legalized in the first place. As the radio show aptly demonstrates, it was always happening. Only now, women aren't dropping dead from it.
And if yelling "STOP FUCKING" at anybody actually worked, we would need abortion.

Of course, you notice the same people who are against abortion are also against birth control.
People are going to fuck each other. They should do it with protection, but protection fails. That's when the vacuum up the vagina is used (or rather, should be used). When they ban abortion, they'll ban birth control, and then people will still fuck. What do they ban then? Saran wrap? Party balloons? Do they have Purity Patrols knocking on doors in the middle of the night to make sure nobody's having sex?
Scary, isn't it?

Hey Rich, do you ever listen to "Loveline?" the sex/love/advice show with Adam and Dr. Drew?
Once, they had an anti-birth control spokeswoman on as a guest. Adam harassed her horribly, it was wonderful to hear. She went on about how condoms don't stop the spread of AIDS (bullshit), about how the morning after pill was an abortion pill (more bullshit), and basically admitted that she was essentially anti-sex. She said she looked forward to the day when all birth control was banned. Because, y'know, that will totally stop people from fucking. Fer sure.
Sex means more to men and women than reproduction. We're not deer, we don't have a mating season. It's a social thing. A monkey thing. Reinforces the pairbond, to get all Desmond Morris about it. Men don't paw their girlfriends and wives four to five times a week (and vice versa) just because they want babies.

Er, I ment abortion activists AND anti-abortion activists.
I stopped caring about the outside world a long time ago. As of right now it doesn't effect me... well, except those damn vegetarians. They got the turkey taken out of my salad at Jay's Deli.

Can't say I do, spike. Not much for talk radio, anyway.
Still, that particular episode sounds hilarious. I love the morality police and how they want to legislate pleasure. If you get your jollies from actually harming someone, than we have an issue. If you get your jollies from consentual sex (no matter how kinky) with one or more partners of any gender, then who is it hurting? I feel a long winded rant coming on. Best to take this to my own site.

And, done. A nice rant on sex in America. Just give my name a click there.
(Hope you don't mind, Spike)

I'm surprised "baby factory" hasn't been used in this thread yet.

If anyone's interested, there is a pro-choice rally in D.C. April... 26, I believe? I'll have to check... anyway, I'll be there (it's a short drive from NC)

Sorry. My father hated radio and could not wait for television to be invented so he could hate that too. Help me! I find sites on the topic: Suntana tanning bed. I found only this - benefits of Tanning beds. Although it was previously believed that only one type of ultraviolet radiation was lethal, the experts also discovered that all types of ultraviolet radiation caused disturbing mutations in mice, offering more proof that the radiation is carcinogenic. These lotions are way different to what you would normally buy from a store. With respect , Jina from Germany.
