Seems we had the same kind of day. My sympathies.

Now you understand why I have no games installed on my machine at all right now.

I'm with Wagner. This is why I forswore video games a few years back. Except "Worms"... damn them...

I seriously have problems when it comes to video games. It's obsessive. I play every new game like a fiend for the first three or four days, then burn out and never look at it again.
I know I'll get over SWG in a week or so, but in the meantime, I've been neglecting my Comic-Con preparations and comics projects. Ugh. I suck so bad.

Spike's only telling half the story, here. The real horror of her dysfunctional relationship with computer games is that she not only plays them obsessively, but -hates- them most of the time she's playing them. Especially with laggy, bug-ridden things like most MMORPGs, she'll be screaming at the screen over some obnoxious glitch or counter-intuitive game mechanic, not having anything resembling fun, and continuing to play only because it has become a personal vendetta.
And the kicker? Her computer isn't really up to playing most games, so she's using -mine- to make herself miserable, while I wander around the apartment trying to convince myself my life doesn't -completely- revolve around computers.
