WISE FWUM YUR GWAVE

Girlamatic is almost fully recovered from its php issues, which means I can begin uploading again, starting this Sunday. And that, folks, is a good thing.

The unplanned break actually gave me a little bit of time to get ahead on each comic, especially Sparkneedle. With any luck, I won't be uploading pages late anymore, at least not for a while to come. So in a weird way, the downtime was good. Funny how that works.

Oh yeah, one more thing: I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who reads my comics, comments on my comics, lists my comics as 'Favorites' in the various webcomic popularity contests, links to my comics, everything. I know I'm not the most punctual, prolific, or personable cartoonist in the world, but it's really nice of you all not to mind.

While Girlamatic was down, I thought that a) it sucked for Anne Moloney, since she was so near the end of her run and b) that you probably needed a break to catch up. I'm glad you got a chance to.

On an unrelated note, I saw Sin City recently. It was spectacular, and from what I hear from people who read the original series, very faithful to the comic. Good stuff overall.

It's awesome that Girlamatic is getting back on track, and that you caught up with your comics, but I gotta ask...is Sparkneedle EVER going to be in color again? Originally, you said that it would be free in black and white, and then as each page went into the archives, it would get color. Is this gonna happen?

Matt is in charge of coloring Sparkneedle, and he's been busy, lately. More than lately, honestly. I've tried everything to make him go faster, but ultimately, it comes down to what free time he has after his day job.

Sorry. I know it's frustrating. But stuff is being colored.
