YES!! YES!1one! It is, in fact, quite good. I cannot think of a way in which it could be improved, besides (more) nudity, but that's a given. Man was it good.

I thought the cartoony stuff was too over the top. Every time I was getting settled in and really beliving the movie, the cartoony stuff would snap me back into reality and I was sitting in a movie theater watching pictures on a screen. It was very distracting.

Brigid, the way I got it was that the Hong Kong style of filmmaking involved over-the-top stuff, like flying around and improbable accuracy (Hero, Crouching Tiger). The point of the cartoony stuff is to poke fun at that school.
