I think it's alright, as long as we're giggling at/about the dog, not the person who dresses it.
And anyway, the doggie isn't all that furry, so he needs something warm to wear.

Hehe, I giggle at the thought of your puppy being dressed up, but only becuase it'd be adorable.
Also, a few things... Bill looks like a darked haired Cladius to me... also, he seems very excited at being able to break a window. Then again, if I could do that, I probably would be too...
