Templar: Updated ages ago. Sorry.

I have to be better about these blog posts.

New page, new sketches, and a discovery: Sketchcast!

I made an account there and doodled this.

The drawing interface is a little bare-bones, but since it launched five days ago, I'm willing to cut it some slack. I figure it can only get better, so I'm early-adopting the crap out of it. You guys should sign up and be stupid with me! I might wanna make this a regular thing.

Nice! I did not, actually, know that. If I were about to be executed, I'd probably be pretty pissed... But on the other hand, I probably wouldn't have time to complain. And nobody would care After all, I'm just another scumbag who's gonna get executed, right? =)

Reminds me of an episode of King of the Hill were the paranoid guy said he'd request "the world's rarest truffle" and then he would escape while they searched for it. Of course, then he would miss out on the rarest truffle...

I'd probably request as much unhealthy stuff as possible (frenchfries, cheeseburgers, soda, popcorn, etc)...after all if you're gonna die, who cares about eating right?

The weird thing is, in some prisons death-row inmates are denied cigarettes. Because these prisons are "institutions with no-smoking policy". Policy, which is enforced because cigarettes are bad for health. So basically, people on the death-row, who are going to be executed (as in "killed"), can't have a cigarettes because smoking kills.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that the "banning of cigs" bit has more to do with concerns for the prison guards' health -- second hand smoke, yeah, but also the fact that a lit cigarette makes a very effective weapon in close quarters.
