Templar: Say whatcha will...

But if you're on his good side, he'll go to bat for you, even when he probably shouldn't. He's weird that way. Under the facade of Wimpy Kitten lurks the heart of a... Well, I'm not sure. But he's got one. Definitely.

Hey, bit of very surprising news just came down the pipe: I've been telling people that MoCCA was a no-go for me, but it turns out my buddy Dirk scored a table, and he's willing to split it! So look for me in New York in June! Woo, EXCITEMENT. This was very unexpected, but very welcome. Maybe I'll see some of you there?

Hopefully I'll even have the second book ready by then. Speaking of which, that's what this weekend's for: Getting the new cover art for book 2 and re-doing chapter 2 art. Eesh, so much work.

By the way, you guys are reading Barbarian Diary, Anders Loves Maria and Octopus Pie, right? Cuz DANG.

I must say that Octopus Pie, right at this very moment, is wrestling Templar Arizona in a fierce battle to decide which one will be my numer 1 favorite webcomic.

It's a close, close battle.

Octopus Pie has been a favorite of mine for months. I JUST got the book I pre-ordered from before Christmas. There was much joy and socially-embarrassing dancing.

OOH! I have a chance to finally meet you at a con in my geographic area! I don't yet know if the scheduling of other things will allow me to go to MoCCA, but I'll try harder if you'll be there.

Yes, to all the above. I'm really liking Scipio, there's something very different about this slightly neurotic half ox and I'm watching his character unfold with great joy.

If you're working on book 2, does that means you're finished with the book 1 commissions ?

Spike, did you get my e-mail re: the article I'm writing about Templar for a German webzine? Just asking here because my mail provider tends to get blocked by some providers, so sometimes mail from me doesn't arrive...
