1)Marcus is a prick.
2)I love the look on Jackie's face as she comments on Gene's "pecker"
3) hehe, she said pecker
4) Gene's mum seems oddly caring in the last panel
4) Templar continues to impress with every new page

Aw, man. Zora saw her dad get wood.
Poor kid.

Indeed - I really felt something when she said "he got too old for this ten years ago." It was very, very odd, because I dislike the woman so much.

Heh, with the enviroment that Zora's raised in, I think seeing her dad get wood really is the *least* of her concerns. Well, so far, anyway, this being Templar. :)

But has she really been raised in that environment or are her extended relatives just visiting? It is disturbing, though, what her future with them could behold—especially with "Red Hands" prediction.

Not to mention the hint that it's usually children doing the channeling. I wonder if Zora will get looked at as a possible conduit, since she's Gene's daughter?

Louisa-
If they had been planning to use her, wouldn't they have had her get stoned instead of Gene? Maybe it's just the male children that get used or maybe it has something to do with Gene's freaky birth or his odd birthmark?
Never have I been so fascinated by a fictional religion—though the way Jakeskins operate I'd think they could be some a weird branch of LDS. As a child of ex-Mormons, I know all about religions that believe in tactical breeding and crazy race theories—and that's just mainstream Mormonism.

"Supernatural squatter" or some sort of dementia or epilepsy? In the end, I suppose it depends on the witnesses.
