Just answering a question for a few posts back regarding what "unnumbered" might mean.
My theory is "unnumbered" refers to whatever racial/ethnic groups the Jakes consider inferior. As in, if Africans are "first man" and Asians are "second man", Europeans are "third man" then the unnumbered are everyone else.

My thinking is the "unnumbered" is everyone not Jakeskin. Sort of like in the Jehova's Witness and other Christian-sect mythologies where only a certain _number_ of people are pre-ordained to get into Heaven.
