I've never tried to humiliate my way into a stranger's apartment, before. Interesting technique. But then, Ben's pretty impressionable.
I'm going shopping tomorrow, because my little naked dog Harvey needs clothes, and all he has right now is a sweatshirt sleeve with holes cut in it for his skinny little legs. I've been downloading episodes of The Dog Whisperer so I can learn how to make teaching him to walk on a leash less traumatic, too. He's a very sensitive little guy. I'll take pictures after his ensemble is complete.
And oh, hey, here's a question for you guys: Is there still any interest in me putting up a Templar wiki? And would you guys be interested in any extras, like wallpapers or LJ icons or whatever? I just don't wanna take time away from comic-making and have it turn out that nobody cares, so I'm asking now.
wallpapers are a must, but icons people can make for themselfs, no?

Well, as long as it doesn't interfere with the regular-ish schedule. I'm way too curious about the story to have it interrupted for wallpaper. Wiki, maybe, since it'd let me know more about the story, but not wallpaper.
Especially now that things in templar are starting to get really interesting.

I would love a wiki with more information on the various cliques in Templar. Icons... I can make for myself. Wallpaper... well, if I tried to replace my SHODAN desktop I think she'd kill me.

I'd love a Wiki too, but I've noticed that a lot of comics get pages made, and then they get deleted. Which is dumb and frustrating and I don't know why they would do it, but I would hope that they'd leave Templar's page alone. I think the trick might be not making it seem like spam.
If you made a 1920x1200 Templar wallpaper I'd love you forever, it's hard to find good ones for larger widescreen resolutions.
Honestly I don't think I'd read a Wiki though, I prefer to wait and learn through the comic itself.
A wallpaper or two and a Wiki would be most appreciated, but icons you can probably leave to us fans :) We've probably got more time and I'm sure you'll be amused and amazed at some of the fan icons that pop up.
I'd be very interested in a wiki. Then if you mention some group in a comic we could go read their thing and know what's going on! Plus you could put info in there that would otherwise make the comic too wordy or long.
As for wallpaper - I'd rather have an update than a wallpaper, but if you just happened to have a neat idea for one and wanted some fun drawing challenge - well who'd say no?
Oh man, PLEASE put up a wiki. I never have any idea what anybody's talking about. I've only been reading since June and I've gone through the archives a couple of times trying to remember things.
Although, to be fair, I couldn't remember who Bill was last week.

A wiki would be awesome, but if the extra work would be too much for you to keep your two-update a week schedule, then I can do without it. The comic itself really is the important thing.
Also, if you're still planning on publishing a book when the whole thing is over, then the supplementary material would make a nice bonus addition. (I'd buy it either way, of course.)

I have to say that a wiki owuld in fact be awesome. However, I agree with everyone else who says to not push yourself . Yes, extra stuff is incredibly awestacular, but the comic is what everybody comes back for.
I loves me some wiki, but I thought the original reason you weren't going to do that was so you could have something to dangle over us and force us to buy the book. Dance, capitolists, dance!

God yes. Your comic is all about crazy subcutures that know one but the parts of your mind that you are hard pressed to share with even yourmost intimate partners know about.
Seriously, for the different resturaunts and thier little wierdnesses and the statues and the T.V. shows and cartoons and crap, how are we suposed to keep it all straight with out a refrence guide? I love your comic, but ifthey were ever to metion a place or group by name, I would NEVER remeber tehm without going back 3+ months no doubt.
I even forgot thier WAS a colosium guy before the TV thing.
A wiki would be awesome! I am indifferent about the wallpapers/icons/extra tiddlies. Not that I wouldn't enjoy lookin' at a wallpaper or two if you get a wild hair to make one.
Puppy fashion shows, though, I would be interested in. I am shameless when it comes to puppies.
