Well - I can think of several reasons why he might be shrieking.
One - that Epiphany is underage - possibly 12 or 13. For many men that would be a complete nightmare having an underage girl chasing them.
Two Sciopo doesn't want ANYONE to see what's under the kilt. i.e. it's not quite the standard set there.
Three - Sciopo is actually genetically female undergoing hormone treatment.
I like the previous comic where you can see he's shaving off his body hair. It's amazing the amount of time spent ensuring that hair grows in some places but not others.
OR she's a client's wife/mistress/daughter/etc. that Scipio is acting as a live-in bodygaurd for...

Hrmm... I highly doubt she is looking for any sort of relationship with her reaction to Ben looking at her for barely half a minute. She seems... paranoid? And also possibly bitchy, as I mentioned earlier.
I think she might just be a bloody nutbar, possibly his stepsister or a roommate. Her behaviour says she's not interested in his concerns, only her own; Ben looked at her, and she thinks it means more than it did.
I don't think Scippy is big on the body-shame, but I do think maybe he hasn't shaved there yet.

I like the theory of her being under-aged. She seemed kinda young in the comic she was in.
I'm pretty sure she's bitchy one way or another though. Assuming she means "Chinese", she a) Likes to say it in a funny way, and b) Assumes Ben is Chinese just because he's Asian. Not typical traits of a wonderful person.
Epiphany is a girl? I was going for pages thinking she and Scipio were a gay couple and that's why Ray got all uptight of a sudden.
