No see, whether or not it's a kilt depends on whether you aren't wearing anything underneath... or panties. Then it's a skirt.
I really like the first panel with the contrast between the white silhouettes in the forground and the black silhouettes in the back.
If a kilt is a skirt, then blue jeans are panties.
I solve the problem by seeing everything as panties.
Also, if you use a whoring license to get boys... Well, isn't that technically just pro-bono work?

How exactly does one get a whoring license? Do you have to screw your instructor and the guy testing you?
So close... My dream since I started reading this comic was to see the usually mid-mannered Scip getting "pissed off" and "kicking ass".
Instead... we see him getting "kicked" and "pissed on" by girl acting like an ass.
