Reagan: Post Slimfast, Possibly?

When Brigid first gave me this drawing, I didn't even know it was Reagan, on account she was about seventy pounds lighter than I was used to seeing her. So, Brigid added a Venus of Willendorf to ease my cognitive dissonance. I need help sometimes.

This could be Ray post-DDR nerd exercise regimen, like the caption suggests, but I think maybe it's Reagan back when she was a teenager. Although she would have probably been wearing leg warmers, an off-the shoulder sweatshirt and lace shoelaces back then, instead of a qi pao. Shudder.
